No. We are a private, independent agency — Rage Agency Ltd. We are not affiliated with the UK Government, the Home Office, or GOV.UK. The direct application is available at gov.uk/eta for £16.

The £16 fee at gov.uk is the authorisation itself. Our £59 covers handling the form in your language, a manual review that catches passport-number and date errors that cause rejections, submission on your behalf, and email support. You are paying for the service, not the ETA.

If an application is rejected because of an error we made, we refund our service fee minus the £16 government fee. If it is rejected because of information you provided that was inaccurate, our service was still delivered.

Yes — you can get a full refund any time before we submit your application. After submission, refunds follow our refund policy.

Standard is processed within 24–72 hours and Priority within 12–24 hours from our side. Final approval timing depends on the authorities.
