Before submission
If you change your mind before we submit your application, you receive a full refund.
Rejection due to our error
If your application is rejected because of a mistake we made, we refund our service fee minus the £16 government fee, which is paid to the authorities and is non-refundable.
Inaccurate information
If an application is rejected because the information you provided was false or inaccurate, no refund is due, as our service was delivered.
